Verifiable, not promised
Trust & verification
Everything Practiclear claims is independently verifiable. This page consolidates the proof — provider credentials with public-registry links, business identifiers, the named vendors who handle PHI under written agreements, and the regulatory framework the practice operates under.

Privacy & security
Practiclear's health-information workflow is designed to use service providers with appropriate Business Associate Agreements before protected health information is transmitted in support of Practiclear's clinical work.
Documented launch lab workflow: Practiclear may use Evexia Diagnostics to route lab orders to Labcorp after clinician review. Production checkout remains gated until Andrew intentionally opens a controlled checkout window; the lab workflow is manual and review-first.
Payment and health information are handled separately. Public checkout should receive payment details only — not lab results, health-form answers, or clinical documentation.
Labcorp is an independent CLIA-certified clinical laboratory. Practiclear is not a lab and does not perform testing. Specimens are handled under the labs' own HIPAA compliance programs.
Documentation verification
- Every Practiclear documentation letter includes a verification code on the letterhead.
- Schools and employers can verify any letter at /verify/ — confirms document ID, issue date, and authenticity. It does not confirm clinical outcome, clearance status, identity, or institutional acceptance.
