For program directors and clinical coordinators

Send your students here. They arrive with cleaner clearance documentation.

Practiclear (Organization NPI 1972448322; Virginia APRN License 0024172132) is the link you can share with Virginia students who need TB screening or immunity titers before clinical rotations. Andrew Overbey, FNP-BC, ENP-C orders the labs your program already requires and issues clinician-signed documentation when reviewed results support it. Your program keeps final acceptance authority. You do nothing different — you just have somewhere to send the scrambler.

What does sharing Practiclear cost a program?

Nothing. The student-paid referral model is the primary path: you share the link, your student pays directly, you receive cleaner documentation through your existing process. No contracts, no PHI exchange between Practiclear and the program, no portal to maintain.

What problem does this actually solve for your team?

The scrambler: the student who lost vaccine records and is two weeks from clinical rotations with a vague program email about "titers required." Or the student who needs annual TB and can't book a PCP appointment in time. Practiclear absorbs those touches so your coordinator inbox doesn't.

What about future cohort coordination?

If your program later wants prepaid seats, cohort-day events, or coordinated logistics, those conversations are available on request. They require operational and legal review before any arrangement exists. They are explicitly out of scope at the public/self-service layer.

Programs FAQ

Boundaries before implementation.

These answers keep the early Programs pathway service-based and PHI-minimizing.

Is Practiclear a student records platform?

No. Practiclear is a clinical documentation service. The public Programs pathway does not include a roster import, student file portal, shared PHI platform, or school-facing status database.

Does Practiclear decide whether a student meets our program requirements?

No. Practiclear can support selected lab-based documentation and next-step guidance. The school, program, employer, or clinical site keeps its own requirements and makes the final decision about whether documentation is accepted.

Can a program sponsor student orders without a dashboard?

Yes, that is the intended early model. Voucher or sponsored-seat workflows can be discussed privately without launching a live program dashboard or collecting student health records on the public site.

Can Practiclear support an on-site or cohort day?

Potentially. Cohort-day logistics require a private scope review, location planning, student communication, and clinical operations review before any commitment is made.

What happens when a result is positive, nonimmune, equivocal, indeterminate, or incomplete?

Practiclear does not force those results into normal documentation. The student receives bounded next-step guidance, and documentation may be limited until follow-up evidence is available and reviewed.

Can program coordinators see raw records?

Not through this public service. Student or program data-sharing would require a separate reviewed workflow with appropriate consent, privacy terms, and operational controls.

Safe inquiry

Request a program conversation without sending student health information.

Use the email link to start a program conversation. Keep the message operational: organization, role, learner count, services of interest, timeline, and state. Do not include student health information or medical documents.
