The important boundary
Practiclear can support selected lab-based documentation workflows, but the receiving program or clinical site remains responsible for its own requirements and final review.
Programs FAQ
The Programs pathway is designed to be useful without pretending Practiclear is already an enterprise student-records platform.

Programs FAQ
These answers keep the early Programs pathway service-based and PHI-minimizing.
No. Practiclear is a clinical documentation service. The public Programs pathway does not include a roster import, student file portal, shared PHI platform, or school-facing status database.
No. Practiclear can support selected lab-based documentation and next-step guidance. The school, program, employer, or clinical site keeps its own requirements and makes the final decision about whether documentation is accepted.
Yes, that is the intended early model. Voucher or sponsored-seat workflows can be discussed privately without launching a live program dashboard or collecting student health records on the public site.
Potentially. Cohort-day logistics require a private scope review, location planning, student communication, and clinical operations review before any commitment is made.
Practiclear does not force those results into normal documentation. The student receives bounded next-step guidance, and documentation may be limited until follow-up evidence is available and reviewed.
Not through this public service. Student or program data-sharing would require a separate reviewed workflow with appropriate consent, privacy terms, and operational controls.
