Why not every result generates a letter
A screening documentation letter should not hide a result that needs attention. Practiclear limits documentation when the reviewed result does not clearly support the listed requirement.
Abnormal results
Practiclear does not ignore abnormal results or force-fit them into clearance-style letters. When follow-up is needed, documentation is limited and the student receives next-step guidance.

Practiclear is not emergency care or urgent evaluation. Students with symptoms, active illness, or urgent concerns should seek appropriate in-person care.
After outside follow-up, vaccination, repeat testing, or additional evaluation, documentation may be reconsidered only through a new review of follow-up evidence, such as a new result or record-review request.
Workflow
| Result type | What Practiclear can provide | What may be needed next |
|---|---|---|
| Negative TB screening | Reviewed TB screening documentation when appropriate. | Program review. |
| Positive TB screening | Result explanation and next-step guidance. | Evaluation through the student's own clinician, in-person care, or local health department. |
| Indeterminate TB screening | Result explanation and next-step guidance. | Repeat testing or outside evaluation may be needed. |
| Immune titer | Reviewed immunity documentation when supported. | Program review. |
| Nonimmune titer | Explanation of what the titer shows. | Vaccination, booster documentation, or outside follow-up. |
| Equivocal titer | Explanation of uncertainty. | Repeat testing or follow-up per program/clinician guidance. |
| Missing/incomplete evidence | Missing-evidence clarity. | Additional records or testing. |
Next step
Practiclear helps eligible adults organize selected lab-based evidence and documentation. Programs, employers, clinical sites, and compliance systems keep their own review authority.
